Vegetable Juice Recipe

Coffee, meat, dairy, sugar, and carbs take their toll on our bodies whether we are aware of it or not. Just add this vegetable juice to your diet (drink one glass a day for two weeks) and let it alkalize and detoxify your body. It has a wide range of vitamins and minerals, especially vitamin C, beta carotene, folic acid, potassium, magnesium, calcium, silicone, and sodium. 


4 celery stalks

½ capsicum (core and seeds removed)

6 carrots

2 tomatoes

1 cucumber



Juice the vegetables using a juicer.

Mix well before serving.


Note: This recipe makes two glasses.
