Two bananas (cut into chunks and frozen overnight)
1/4 cup peanut butter
1 cup almond milk
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Once the mixture is blended, simply transfer it to a bowl and enjoy it with a frozen-yogurt-like consistency. Alternatively, place the blended mixture in a glass container and put it in the freezer for a few hours or overnight to have a more ice-cream-like consistency.
