Dairy-Free Banana & Peanut Butter Ice-Cream


Those who’ve never made homemade ice-cream might think that it is quite complicated and requires a lot of effort but in fact it’s the exact opposite. Follow this recipe to make a simple, refreshing, delicious dessert perfect for hot summer days.


Ingredients

Two bananas (cut into chunks and frozen overnight)

1/4 cup peanut butter

1 cup almond milk


Directions

Add all ingredients to a blender.

Once the mixture is blended, simply transfer it to a bowl and enjoy it with a frozen-yogurt-like consistency. Alternatively, place the blended mixture in a glass container and put it in the freezer for a few hours or overnight to have a more ice-cream-like consistency.
