Cihangir Yoga instructors will be offering free morning yoga classes at Sakıp Sabancı Museum’s garden every Wednesday in August. Open to all levels. Remember to bring your mat and a bottle of water and enjoy the Bosphorus view.

Yin and Yang Yoga
The feminine, passive, nurturing qualities of yin and the masculine and active qualities of yang will be experienced together in this special session. Rana Ortan will begin with a yang flow that aims to open up the body and revitalize the life force. Devrim Akkaya will continue with a yin series that will allow you to let go and relax in long poses. Open to all levels.

Escape from the Islands
Many of you are familiar with escape games but this one is different: it takes place on Heybeliada. The game will begin at 10.45, and you’ll need to follow the clues to unravel the mystery.

Tibetan Reiki Initiation Training (Level 1 and 2)

Harvard psychologist Matthew A. Two days of shopping, music, food, and a whole lot of socializing awaits you at Küçükçiftlik Park. In its fifth year, Garage Sale will host 60 designers who will showcase their products that include clothing, objects, jewelry, and much more. In addition to shopping, the days will be filled with street musicians, street artists, DJs playing music, and workshops, while live music performances and movie screenings will take place in the evenings.
